Terms & Conditions
Legal framework, engineering limitations and service conditions for WALNOR engineering analyses.
1. Nature of Engineering Outputs All engineering outputs, including CFD simulations, FEM analyses, technical reports, optimization studies and related computational deliverables, are intended solely for technical support, engineering interpretation and professional recommendations.
2. Mathematical Modeling Disclaimer The client acknowledges that numerical simulations represent approximations of real-world physical behavior based on mathematical models, assumptions, simplified geometries and defined boundary conditions. WALNOR does not guarantee that physical prototypes or final products will behave exactly as predicted by simulation results.
3. Reliance on Client Data The accuracy of engineering outputs depends entirely on the technical data, CAD models, material properties and operating conditions supplied by the client. WALNOR bears no responsibility for errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information provided by the client.
4. Verification and Implementation Final responsibility for implementation remains entirely with the client. Prior to manufacturing, commercial deployment or mass production, the client is strongly advised to conduct independent physical testing, prototyping and experimental validation.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WALNOR shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or financial damages, including loss of profit, production downtime or product failure. Total liability for any specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the provided service.
6. Individual Nature of Services Every engineering project is processed individually based on specific technical requirements provided by the client. Results, recommendations and optimization proposals may not be transferable to different systems, geometries or operating conditions.
7. Intellectual Property All technical outputs, visualizations, reports and analytical materials created by WALNOR remain intellectual property of their author unless otherwise agreed in written form.
